OUR PROCESS-DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE
The client who chooses Deco Pavers and Landscape Design gets the convenience of working with one company throughout the design/build process, eliminating delays between stages of the project. Design and construction teams work together to keep the project running smoothly – the common goal – impeccable finished results.
DESIGN
The custom architectural design for your project begins with an introductory visit to your home by one of our design consultants. They will take an active role in every project from inception through completion. Their creative expertise and years of experience ensure a unique design that compliments your home and lifestyle. Our design process starts with an initial meeting to discuss your specific needs and set a budget that focuses the design to maximize the value of your landscape investment.
DecoPavers uses cutting-edge technology to provide 3D models as well as sophisticated renderings and animations. You will achieve a greater understanding of your design proposal with a 3D presentation versus an ordinary 2D format.
Once we present a preliminary conceptual plan and an estimate of cost, we will work with you to identify any budgetary issues early on in the design cycle by reviewing your plant- and hardscape-material selections. You will find us to be enthusiastic listeners who welcome and respond well to feedback from clients.
CONSTRUCTION
While your design is being developed, we simultaneously prepare your construction services proposal. This proposal is presented to you along with the completed design. Should there be any revisions to the design, the construction services proposal is updated to reflect those changes. Upon acceptance of this proposal, we schedule the construction commencement date.

MAINTENANCE
Landscape Perspective offers a full range of landscape maintenance services to keep your new investment looking its best. Our maintenance division provides weekly lawn mowing, bed design and renovation, shrub and tree trimming, irrigation systems, and landscape lighting. We also welcome new customers who are interested in keeping their existing landscapes healthy and beautiful.
